Welcome to The Ivy Asia Chelsea, where Asian flavours intertwine with exceptional dining and theatrical elegance. We are searching for a dynamic Bar Supervisor to join our team and contribute to a unique, high-energy guest experience.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee bar operations in the absence of the Bar Manager.
- Manage stock, serve guests, place stock orders, and ensure product quality.
- Assist in the training of all employees to ensure skill development and efficiency.
- Maintain a high level of service and staff productivity while delivering exceptional guest experiences.
About you:
You have at least 1+ years’ experience in this role and are solution-driven, working well under pressure. You pride yourself on a professional approach to service excellence and are a true team player.
