The Role

We are recruiting an experienced

Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team within a busy, high-performing fertility clinic based in London.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary nursing team.

The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day management of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, patient experience, and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong fertility experience, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate others in a fast-paced environment.

Essential Requirements

  • Must be UK-based.
  • Registered

Nurse (NMC).

  • Previous experience within fertility/IVF services.
  • Qualified and experienced in ultrasound monitoring
  • Previous leadership or management experience within a clinical setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong commercial awareness and understanding of clinic performance.
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary nursing team.
  • High attention to detail with excellent clinical governance awareness.
  • Strong IT and administrative skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy, patient-focused environment.

Desirable

  • Independent Prescriber qualification (not essential but would be an advantage).
