The Role
We are recruiting an experienced Nurse Manager to lead the nursing team within a busy, high‑performing fertility clinic based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinical leader who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while supporting and developing a multidisciplinary nursing team. The successful candidate will oversee the day‑to‑day management of the nursing department, ensuring the highest standards of clinical practice, patient experience and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will be a proactive leader with strong fertility experience, excellent communication skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to inspire and motivate others in a fast‑paced environment.
Essential Requirements
- UK based Registered Nurse (NMC)
- Previous experience within fertility/IVF services
- Qualified and experienced in ultrasound monitoring
- Leadership or management experience within a clinical setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong commercial awareness and understanding of clinic performance
- Strong organisational and time‑management skills
- Ability to lead, mentor and support a multidisciplinary nursing team
- High attention to detail with excellent clinical governance awareness
- Strong IT and administrative skills
- Ability to work effectively in a busy, patient‑focused environment
Desirable
- Independent Prescriber qualification (not essential but would be an advantage)
