Business and Operations Manager

Full Time - On Site (Travel required)

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business and Operations Manager to join our team.

As the Business and Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the overall success of our clinics. You will be responsible for assisting with overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing a team of administrative and support staff, and ensuring the smooth running of all business aspects of the clinics.

Key responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement business strategies to achieve clinic goals and objectives
  • Manage and monitor clinic budget and financial performance
  • Oversee daily operations, including scheduling, patient flow, and staff management
  • Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, staff, and patients
  • Implement and maintain efficient and effective processes and procedures
  • Monitor and analyse clinic performance data to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute marketing strategies
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
  • Provide support and guidance to staff on complex issues and situations
  • Foster a positive and productive work environment

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proven track record of successfully managing budgets and achieving financial targets
  • In-depth knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with electronic medical records systems
  • Ability to analyse data and make data-driven decisionsProven ability to manage and motivate a team
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in marketing and sales is a plus
