The ITSA Digital Trust is a UK-registered charity dedicated to bridging the digital divide by providing access to IT equipment and education. Founded in 2004, ITSA has helped over 6.7 million individuals gain access to IT, donated 137,500 refurbished computers and laptops, and supported the installation of 43 new school IT labs across Africa. The organization partners with NGOs in Kenya, Malawi, Zambia, and Zimbabwe to manage distribution, training, and school support. By promoting computer recycling and IT skills education, ITSA aims to transform lives and foster digital inclusivity.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Cheltenham for a Donations, Business, and Marketing Intern. The intern will assist in increasing donations and partnerships, developing business plans, and supporting marketing campaigns. Day-to-day tasks will include:
- Donor and partner engagement
- Identifying new opportunities for growth
- Conducting research
- Supporting customer service
- Creating marketing materials
- Engaging in various administrative and analytical responsibilities
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills for data interpretation and problem-solving
- Competence in business and business planning to identify growth opportunities
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
