Our client is recruiting for an Apprentice Cellular Network Field Engineer to join their team in Tamworth. The Level 4 Cellular Network Field Engineer apprenticeship programme will allow you to kick‑start your career in an industry that is constantly evolving, dynamic and transformational. The Position
- Level: Level 4 Cellular Network Field Engineer
- Duration: 36 months
- Location: Tamworth – national travel may be required.
- Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8am‑5pm; Weekend and out‑of‑hours work may be required depending on project needs

Due to continued growth, they are seeking motivated, reliable individuals to join their team as Apprentice Cellular Network Field Engineers/Riggers. As an Apprentice Cellular Network Field Engineer/Rigger, you’ll work as part of an experienced field team delivering projects across the UK. The role is hands‑on, varied, and ideal for someone who enjoys practical work and problem‑solving.
Key Responsibilities
- Working as part of a team on nationwide telecom projects
- Assisting with installation and rigging works on telecom sites
- Adapting to changing site conditions and last‑minute changes
- Identifying and helping solve on‑site challenges
- Maintaining high standards of safety, accuracy, and workmanship
What You’ll Learn
- Working safely at height and using fall‑arrest equipment
