About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and technically minded Apprentice Systems Engineer to join our growing engineering team.
This role provides an excellent opportunity to develop practical and theoretical skills across communications systems, networking, satellite communications, cloud technologies, SD-WAN, cybersecurity and systems integration.
Working alongside experienced engineers, the successful candidate will gain hands‑on experience supporting the design, build, testing, deployment and maintenance of advanced communications solutions used by government, defence, emergency services and commercial customers throughout the UK and internationally.
This apprenticeship is ideally suited to an individual with a genuine interest in technology and engineering who is keen to build a long‑term career within the communications and networking industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Building, configuring and testing communications equipment.
- Assisting with the deployment of satellite communication systems.
- Supporting the configuration of IP networking equipment.
- Assisting with SD‑WAN and secure networking solutions.
