The opportunity

We are looking for a curious, technically minded apprentice who wants to build a career in CRM data, automation and artificial intelligence.

You will receive structured training while working alongside experienced Hub Spot consultants, data specialists and Revenue Operations professionals.

You will learn how to configure Hub Spot, improve data quality, build automated processes and introduce practical AI solutions that help businesses work more efficiently.

This is not an administrative data-entry role. You will learn how business systems work, how information flows between teams and how technology can solve real operational problems.

You do not need to be a Hub Spot expert when you join us. We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail, an interest in technology and the motivation to learn.

  • What you will learn and do
  • Hub Spot CRM
  • Learn how Hub Spot’s CRM, Marketing, Sales, Service and Operations tools work.
  • Support the setup and configuration of Hub Spot portals.
  • Create and maintain properties, pipelines, views, lists and record layouts.
  • Help configure users, teams, permissions and access.
  • Support CRM migrations, onboarding projects and optimisation programmes.
  • Test changes before they are released into live client environments.
  • Document system configurations and maintain accurate change records.
  • Data management
  • Import, export, clean and organise CRM data.
  • Identify duplicate, incomplete or inaccurate records.
  • Help map data from spreadsheets and other systems into Hub Spot.
  • Build and maintain data quality checks.
  • Support record matching, deduplication and data standardisation.
  • Learn how different systems exchange information through integrations.
  • Investigate data issues and help identify their underlying causes.
  • Follow secure data-handling and information-governance practices.
  • Automation
  • Build simple Hub Spot workflows under supervision.
  • Help automate repetitive sales, marketing and customer service tasks.
  • Support lead assignment, internal notifications, task creation and lifecycle updates.
  • Learn how to design automation that is reliable, understandable and easy to maintain.
  • Test workflows carefully and monitor them after launch.
  • Identify manual processes that could be made faster or more consistent.
  • Document automation logic so clients and colleagues can understand how it works.
  • Explore practical ways to use AI within Hub Spot and connected business systems.
  • Help test AI-supported processes such as data enrichment, call summarisation, content generation and record updates.
  • Create and improve prompts for approved business use cases.
  • Support the development of AI agents and automated assistants.
  • Review AI-generated outputs for accuracy, relevance and appropriate data use.
  • Learn about responsible AI, including privacy, security, bias and human oversight.
  • Help the team research and evaluate new Hub Spot and

AI capabilities.

  • Reporting and insight
  • Build basic Hub Spot reports and dashboards.
  • Check the accuracy of the data behind business reports.
  • Help investigate why teams may not trust their reporting.
  • Support the creation of reports covering pipeline, conversion, activity and performance.
  • Present findings in a clear way to colleagues and clients.
  • Client and team support
  • Attend internal and client meetings, taking clear notes and recording agreed actions.
  • Help respond to Hub Spot support requests.
  • Explain technical information in plain language.
  • Work with consultants to understand a client’s goals before recommending a solution.
  • Provide progress updates and raise potential risks early.
  • Contribute ideas and learning to the wider team.
  • What we are looking for

You may be a school or college leaver, a graduate looking for a practical route into technology, or someone at the beginning of a career change.

You should have

  • A genuine interest in technology, data, automation and AI.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Confidence working with numbers, spreadsheets and structured information.
  • A logical approach to solving problems.
  • The ability to follow a process and check your own work.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • The confidence to ask questions when something is unclear.
  • A willingness to receive feedback and continue learning.
  • Good organisation and time-management skills.
  • An understanding of the importance of data security and confidentiality.
  • The right to work in the UK and eligibility for the relevant apprenticeship programme.
  • Useful but not essential
  • Experience with any of the following would be helpful, but full training will be provided:
  • Hub Spot or another CRM platform.
  • Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
  • AI tools such as Chat GPT, Gemini or Claude.
  • Databases or data analysis.
  • No-code automation platforms.
  • Business systems and software integrations.
  • Marketing, sales or customer service processes.
  • Basic coding, APIs or web technologies.

We care more about your ability to learn, think logically and take responsibility than the number of tools you have already used.

What success looks like

During your apprenticeship, you will progress towards being able to

  • Complete accurate data imports with appropriate checks and documentation.
  • Identify and resolve common CRM data-quality problems.
  • Configure standard Hub Spot features safely.
  • Build and test straightforward workflow automations.
  • Create useful reports using reliable source data.
  • Support approved AI use cases responsibly.
  • Investigate technical issues and communicate your findings clearly.
  • Manage smaller pieces of client work with decreasing levels of supervision.
  • Earn relevant Hub Spot certifications.
  • Contribute positively to client outcomes and the wider team.

What we offer

  • A structured apprenticeship combining formal learning with practical experience.
  • Direct training from experienced Hub Spot and

Revenue Operations professionals.

  • Opportunities to work on real client projects across different industries.
  • Access to Hub Spot certifications and ongoing professional development.
  • Experience across CRM, data, automation, reporting, integrations and AI.
  • A supportive team environment where questions and new ideas are encouraged.
  • Regular feedback, coaching and career-development conversations.
  • A potential career path into roles such as Hub Spot
  • Administrator, CRM Data Specialist, Automation Consultant, Revenue

Operations Analyst or AI Automation Practitioner.

Our values

We are looking for someone who will

  • Be curious and keep learning.
  • Take ownership of their work.
  • Care about accuracy and quality.
  • Communicate honestly and raise problems early.
  • Treat client information with care.
  • Consider the people affected by every system or process.
  • Focus on outcomes rather than technology for technology’s sake.
  • Support colleagues and contribute positively to the team.
  • Eligibility Criteria

Individuals must have a valid and eligible residency status to apply for this role.
