The Position
- Apprenticeship course: Level 4 Sales Executive
- Duration: 13 months + assessment
- Location: Poole
- Working hours: Monday – Friday 9 am – 5:30 pm

Opportunity
You will learn how to build pipeline, develop strategic client relationships, and support revenue growth across our services. By the end of the programme you will hold a Level 4 Sales Executive qualification and proven sales capability.
Role Purpose
Support revenue and margin growth across a defined partner and customer base. Build relationships with decision‑makers, identify growth opportunities, qualify leads and help achieve team commercial goals while maintaining accurate CRM records.
Objectives
- Develop strategic relationships with partners and customers.
- Expand the partner base through structured prospecting.
- Build clear partner business plans for targeted accounts.
- Ensure all assigned accounts are correctly profiled and maintained in the CRM.
- Identify cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts.
- Promote company campaigns to customers.
- Generate, qualify and progress leads through the full sales cycle.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product and Delivery to maximise account performance.
- Support appointment‑setting and meeting preparation with Product Management and Presales.
- Promote and sell services, enablement or training solutions where relevant.
- Adapt responsibilities to evolving business needs and apprenticeship learning outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and growth execution across assigned services and solutions.
- Contribute to team and individual KPIs – revenue, margin, pipeline and activity targets.
- Develop new relationships and nurture existing ones.
- Qualify inbound and outbound opportunities with clear fit and next steps.
- Follow up marketing campaigns, events and outreach activities.
- Promote services consistently, highlighting value.
- Own CRM and data ownership: maintain up‑to‑date records, accuracy, and completeness.
- Track opportunity progress and keep clear notes.
- Build relationships with Delivery, Product, Marketing and Sales.
- Attend internal and vendor training sessions.
- Share market insights to support pricing and positioning decisions.
- Represent the company at shows, events and partner engagements when required.
