Describe the role

Do you love leading people and ideas? You’re great at teaching. You care deeply about learners. You’ve probably got a notebook (or Notes app) full of ideas you’ve never quite had the space to try. This role gives you that space. We’re looking for a Teaching & Learning Manager who’s ready to shape curriculum, grow confident teaching teams and help learners move on to brighter futures — whether university, employment or the next big step.

What you’ll actually be doing (day to day)

  • Leading and supporting passionate teaching teams
  • Designing curriculum that responds to real-world industry needs
  • Championing inclusive, high-quality teaching and learning
  • Using digital, AI and creative approaches to raise standards
  • Ensuring learners feel supported, challenged and proud of their progress

You’ll still teach — but you’ll also influence, innovate and lead.

You’ll love this role if you…

  • Get a buzz from developing people, not just managing them
  • Care about quality, but hate unnecessary bureaucracy
  • Believe education should be responsive, inclusive and ambitious
  • Want your voice heard when decisions are made

If you’ve worked in Health & Social Care, Childcare, Education or Access to HE, and you’re ready to step into (or grow within) leadership, we’d love to meet you.
