Quality Assurance Coordinator
Salary: AP07 (Β£26,110 - Β£30,765)
Hours: 37 hours per week to be worked in accordance with the requirements of the role

The Isle of Wight College is looking for a proactive and collaborative Quality Assurance Coordinator to help maintain high standards and drive continuous improvement across our further education, higher education and apprenticeship provision.
Working across the College, you will:
- Coordinate quality assurance and improvement activity
- Support colleagues through guidance, coaching and training
- Work closely with awarding organisations and external partners
- Monitor quality risks, audits and external quality assurance activity
- Turn evidence and data into clear recommendations for improvement
You will bring strong communication, analytical and organisational skills, together with knowledge of internal quality assurance processes. Relevant assessor qualifications are essential, or you must be willing to achieve them with our support.

What You Will Need
- Maths and English L2, or be willing to complete within 18 months of joining the college
- Assessor and Verifier qualification e.g. A1/V1 or Level 3 award or certificate in assessing vocational achievement or willingness to complete within 3 years of joining the college
- Good knowledge and understanding of further education, higher education and apprenticeships
