Are you a qualified teacher with a keen eye for detail, a passion for high standards, and a drive to make a real difference in education? We’re seeking a dynamic, quality-focused professional to take on a pivotal role at the heart of our college’s commitment to excellence. As our Lead for Quality Assurance and Improvement, you’ll ensure our teaching, learning, and assessment meet the highest standards across further education, higher education, and apprenticeships.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Championing quality assurance and improvement across all programmes
- Leading audits, observations, and deep dives to identify and promote best practice
- Supporting staff through coaching, mentoring, and training
- Acting as the college’s main contact for awarding organisations and quality bodies
- Using data insightfully to inform decisions and foster continuous improvement
- Ensuring inspection readiness and staying ahead of regulatory requirements
