We are seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Teaching and Learning Manager to lead some of our top performing departments including Business, Beauty, Hairdressing and Catering.

This is a unique opportunity to build on strong foundations and shape the future of a thriving curriculum area, with exciting scope to expand into adult learning and Higher Education provision.

About the Role

  • Lead and inspire staff to deliver outstanding teaching, learning, and assessment.
  • Design, develop and review innovative programmes across FE, work-based learning, and commercial provision.
  • Ensure all learners receive inclusive, high-quality education that supports achievement, progression, and positive outcomes.
  • Drive high standards and continuous improvement across the curriculum.
  • Play a pivotal role in expanding our offer, particularly into adult and higher-level pathways.

You’ll have experience of delivering excellent outcomes for learners and the skills to work with staff and stakeholders to keep our curriculum current, ambitious and industry‑relevant.
