The Isle of Wight College is on the lookout for an inspiring and forward-thinking Head of Learning to lead our Apprenticeships provision and our specialist Engineering site, CECAMM — the Island’s home of advanced engineering, manufacturing and marine training. What You’ll Be Leading

  • Apprenticeships at The Isle of Wight College Where learners go from "I want to do this" to "I am doing this." You’ll oversee high-quality delivery across multiple sectors, ensuring apprentices, employers and tutors feel fully supported and set up for success.
  • CECAMM Our hub for:
    • Engineering
    • Advanced Manufacturing
    • Marine Technology

  • Lead enthusiastic, skilled teaching teams across both areas
