You will teach and support learners across:
16–19 study programmes
Adult learners returning to education or upskilling
Apprentices at various stages of their training
City & Guilds qualifications from Entry Level to Level 3 in Light Vehicle Mechanics
What You Will Do
Deliver engaging, high quality teaching in classrooms and workshops
Inspire students of all ages and backgrounds
Support apprentices and contribute to the expansion of our apprenticeship offer
Conduct assessments, progress reviews, and workplace observations
Bring real industry insight into the learning environment
Equip learners with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills they need to succeed

What You Will Need
Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
A Level 3 qualification in a Motor Vehicle–related subject (or equivalent)
A teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one
Practical motor vehicle industry experience
Ability to manage workload and stay organised in a busy, dynamic environment
