- Minimum Level GCSE Grade 4/C Maths qualification or equivalent, although a Level 5 or Level 6 relevant qualification would be desirable
- Level 2 qualification in English, or willingness to work towards this if not yet achieved A relevant Level 5 teaching qualification, or willingness to work towards this within two years of appointment
- An innovative thinker with the ability to engage and enthuse our students
- Good planning, preparation, and organisation skills
