Permanant Contract, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with an early finish on a Friday.

What you will be doing

  • Coordinating recruitment activity so candidates and managers have a smooth, professional experience.
  • Ensuring safer recruitment and pre‑employment checks are completed accurately and on time.
  • Maintaining vital records, systems and the Single Central Record with confidence and care.
  • Supporting onboarding, induction and probation processes so new colleagues feel welcome and supported.
  • Responding helpfully and professionally to HR enquiries.
  • Working closely with HR colleagues, managers and external partners to keep everything aligned.

What you will need

  • Experience of working in an HR, recruitment or people services environment, supporting recruitment, onboarding or operational HR activity.
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines and processes accurately.
  • A high level of attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance‑related documentation and confidential information.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, professional support to managers and candidates.
  • A helpful, approachable and team‑focused attitude, with a genuine commitment to providing good customer service.
  • A process‑driven and methodical approach, with the ability to follow procedures and identify issues early.
  • Confidence working with HR systems, databases or spreadsheets, and maintaining accurate records.
