Join our team as an Employer Account Officer

The Isle of Wight College is seeking a proactive and dynamic Employer Account Officer to drive apprenticeship recruitment and short course development. This key role involves building and nurturing relationships with local employers to identify training needs, secure apprenticeship opportunities, and support the delivery of high-quality short courses. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the apprenticeship landscape, and a passion for connecting education with industry needs- knowledge of the construction industry would be beneficial.

About the Role

As an Employer Account Officer, you’ll be the friendly face and trusted point of contact for local employers. You’ll work closely with businesses to understand their recruitment needs, promote training and employment initiatives, and create opportunities that make a real difference.

Whether it’s hosting employer events, coordinating apprenticeship placements, or supporting job fairs — you’ll bring energy, empathy, and excellence to everything you do.
