We’re seeking a creative and results-oriented Digital and Marketing Content Producer to join our Marketing team on a permanent, full-time basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in shaping our digital presence and marketing content, driving engagement and delivering measurable impact.
About the role
As our Digital and Marketing Content Producer, you will lead on the creation, management, and optimisation of content across multiple channels, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and video platforms. You’ll combine creativity with analytical insight—ensuring every campaign not only looks great, but delivers results.
Your work will be central to growing our reach, maintaining audience engagement, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms. This role is pivotal in supporting key campaigns, providing data‑led insights, and ensuring our marketing and communications strategies remain ahead of the curve.
Key Responsibilities
- Create, curate and maintain high-quality, engaging content across all digital channels, including the College website, social media platforms, and email campaigns.
- Manage and update website content using WordPress, ensuring it is accurate, up-to-date, optimised for search (SEO), and adheres to accessibility standards.
- With the Marketing and Communications Coordinator produce engaging digital content (audio and visual) that supports the communications plan and showcases College activities.
- Help promote College events and initiatives, including student life, plus cultural and public/employer engagement (e.g. evets, exhibitions).
- Work closely with the Welcome hub team, Outreach, and Academic departments to align content and campaigns with institutional priorities.
- Support the Marketing and Communications coordinator with planning and campaign evaluation.
About you
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths
- Proven experience in a marketing or communications role, preferably within the education or public sector.
- Strong working knowledge of Marketing & Digital Content Specialist tools and platforms, including social media, email marketing, and website management.
- Knowledge of video production and editing tools to use across all areas of the role.
- Experience of managing social media campaigns.
- Experience of managing and writing content for a website CMS.
