The Isle of Raasay Distillery is recruiting seasonal staff to join its team for the 2026 season. These roles suit people who want to live and work on a Scottish island as part of a friendly, active team. The roles are available across the distillery, hospitality, and accommodation operation:

  • Distillery tour guide
  • Restaurant and bar server
  • Housekeeper
  • Breakfast chef
  • Line chef
  • Kitchen porter
  • Senior sous chef

You will work as part of a close-knit team delivering high standards of service to visitors and guests. Working pattern: Seasonal contracts with start dates from February. Most roles run through to October, with some flexibility on end dates. The working week is five days with two consecutive days off.
