Your Mission:
- Product Display Management: Arranging products on category or listing pages to optimize user experience and sales. Updating homepages with featured or promotional products. Managing product categories and navigation.
- Content Management: Uploading and managing banners, promotional graphics, and content pages. Ensuring product descriptions, images, and metadata are accurate and appealing.
- Campaign Coordination: Collaborating with marketing and content teams to implement seasonal promotions or discounts. Creating landing pages for sales or new product launches.
- Data‑Driven Decisions: Analyzing sales, traffic, and customer behavior data to optimize product placement. Testing the effectiveness of banners, layouts, and calls to action (A/B testing). Ensuring products displayed on the site are in stock and ready to ship. Coordinating with supply chain and inventory management teams to avoid overselling or stockouts.
- SEO and Conversion Optimization: Implementing strategies to improve product visibility in search engines. Optimizing product pages to increase conversion rates.
- Manage E‑Commerce Projects: Plan, coordinate, and execute digital projects from inception to completion. Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to ensure timely delivery. Ensure all projects meet quality standards and align with brand guidelines. Conduct thorough testing and validation of digital deliverables. Prepare detailed project documentation, including progress reports and performance metrics. Track and report on KPIs to measure project success. Maintain comprehensive records of all project activities.
We are looking for someone who has:
- Proven working experience in Digital Operations and Merchandising within the Furniture, Fashion, Luxury or Digital Marketing sector.
- Familiarity with project management tools and management of ticketing systems and roadmap planning.
- An understanding of key e‑commerce commercial needs and the impact of technology enhancements on various aspects of both short and long‑term trading and customer experience.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Communicative with fluent written and spoken English, French would be a plus.
- Highly organised with the ability to plan, multi‑task and prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
- Motivated by working in a fast paced, dynamic environment.
- Positive in their approach and solutions oriented.
- Experienced at forging successful relationships with external agencies and internal stakeholders.
- A team player and enjoy leading others while getting the best out of the people and projects that you oversee.
- Flexible with the ability to ‘roll sleeves up’ and support with other areas within the E‑commerce team when necessary.
