We are seeking a Sales Admin Middle East who would be responsible to support the growth of the India, Asia and Middle East markets on inbound and outbound sales strategy. We are looking for someone excited to be part of an ever-growing business and with great attention to details.
You will act as gatekeeper and assistant to our Sales Teams; screening incoming inbound requests and assisting to offer the best client experience from the quote, sample requests, shipping quotes and delivery of the piece. You will be expected to have a good understanding of the brand and its values to become a great ambassador for The Invisible Collection everywhere you are.
Job Responsibilities- Support sales team to follow up with clients on ongoing deals
- Reach out to key account teams (in charge of designers and their production teams) for any customs-related requests
- Assist the sales team with client and supplier communication (phone and emails), including follow ups
- Follow production lead times and keep clients informed of order updates
- Raise & send client shipping quotes and invoices
- Assist the Logistics Team to organise shipments when required and remind clients of any outstanding invoices
- Work with the Sample Coordinator to send client samples when needed to speed up client decision making
- Support sales teams on outbound reach by identifying the right clients and working with the sales team on the prospection strategy
- Celebrate with the sales teams upon the completion and delivery of orders!
- Have excellent attention to detail

- Have initiative, common sense, and tenacity, and be expected to take ownership of projects and to be accountable
- Have excellent communication skills – both written and verbal
- Speak perfect English / French speaking candidates would be a bonus
