About You
You’re an experienced Scrum Master who cares about delivery, team health, and doing Agile properly, not just going through the motions. You’ve likely worked across one or more engineering teams and are confident running Scrum end to end. You understand how to balance structure with flexibility, and you know when to challenge, coach, or step back. You enjoy working closely with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders, helping teams stay focused, remove blockers, and continuously improve how they deliver.
About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Scrum Master to support delivery across our product and platform teams. This role focuses on enabling high-performing Agile teams, ensuring effective Scrum practices, and improving how we plan, deliver, and iterate across our roadmap. You’ll work closely with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to keep delivery on track, remove blockers, and support continuous improvement across teams.
