About Us

Come and be a part of The Investigo Group (TIG), a dynamic coalition of cutting-edge tech firms specialising in Platform, Software, Data, AI and other bleeding-edge technology solutions. Our innovative prowess spans the globe while proudly hailing from the United Kingdom. The group is multi-functional with a large portfolio of B2B products and services.

Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) are at the heart of The Investigo Group (TIG). We're dedicated to creating a workplace where people from all backgrounds are not only welcome but empowered to excel. We actively seek diverse talent, promote fairness, and foster an inclusive environment where every voice matters, driving innovation and progress in our dynamic tech community.

About The Role

We’re looking for a creative and technically confident Digital Content & Training Developer to join our Training team and help us develop engaging, high-quality digital learning content across our growing training portfolio. This is a varied role for someone who enjoys turning ideas and subject-matter expertise into content that people actually want to engage with.

You’ll support content from the initial idea and planning stage right through to final delivery, choosing the right format for the learning objective rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach. Our Learning Management System is continuing to grow and evolve, so you’ll also play an important part in helping us build a more dynamic and scalable learning platform for our students and clients.

About the Team

You’ll sit within our Training function and work closely with our LMS Coordinator, trainers and subject-matter experts. Your focus will be on the content that sits within it – creating, developing and improving the learning experiences our customers and students interact with.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Taking digital and multimedia content from initial idea and planning through to final delivery.
  • Turning classroom and instructor-led material into engaging digital and blended-learning content.
  • Planning, recording and editing professional training videos.
  • Creating instructional videos, explainers, demonstrations and screen-recorded walkthroughs.
  • Producing graphics, diagrams, infographics, presentations and other visual assets.
  • Writing and adapting content for different learning formats and audiences.
  • Working with trainers and subject-matter experts to simplify complex or technical topics.
  • Using appropriate AI tools to support video, imagery, scripts, narration and other learning resources.
  • Creating interactive learning activities, assessments and knowledge checks.
  • Uploading and maintaining digital content within Moodle.
  • Supporting H5P, SCORM and other LMS-compatible content.
  • Testing and continually improving digital learning content.

What We Are Looking For

More than anything, we’re looking for someone who isn’t fazed by being asked to create different types of content. You’ll be comfortable being given an objective or brief and working out the best way to bring it to life, whether that means written content, video, graphics, interactive learning or a combination of formats.

What Success Looks Like

Success in the role will be someone the Training team can rely on to take a content requirement and turn it into a polished, engaging learning product. The role should help us increase the volume and quality of digital content we can produce, alleviate pressure across the wider Training team, create a more consistent learner experience and help us continue developing the LMS as we grow.

Requirements

  • Video editing and video-production capability.
  • Strong visual and multimedia-content creation skills.
  • Graphic-design capability and a good eye for clear, professional presentation.
  • Confidence writing and adapting content for different formats.
  • Experience using digital-content and/or AI tools.
  • Strong general IT and digital-production skills.
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Ability to take a brief and turn it into a finished piece of content.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisation.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with trainers, technical specialists and subject-matter experts.
  • Curiosity and the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.

Nice to Have

  • Moodle or other LMS experience.
  • Digital/e-learning development experience.
  • H5P and/or SCORM.
  • CMS, website, YouTube or other digital/media asset-management experience.
  • Instructional or learning-design experience.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud and/or Camtasia.
  • Blended-learning experience.
  • Basic HTML/CSS.
  • OSINT/investigative technology knowledge.

Benefits

  • Private Medical & Health Cash Plan
  • Inclusive Culture: Enjoy an inclusive culture and environment.
  • Holiday: Generous holiday allowance.
  • 4x Life Assurance
  • Learning: Access to continuous learning and development opportunities.
  • Bonus Potential: Bonus potential based on performance and business-related factors.
  • Discounts: Discounts on a wide range of products and services.
  • Pension: Pension scheme contributions.
  • EV Car Scheme
  • Hybrid & Remote Working
