Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily F&B operations: restaurant, breakfast, bar/lounge, in-room dining, and events
  • Lead, inspire, and develop the front-of-house team to deliver top-tier service
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and Events team to ensure flawless guest experiences
  • Monitor guest feedback and drive service improvements based on performance metrics
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and Radisson brand standards
  • Manage budgets, labour forecasting, stock, and cost controls
  • Drive revenue through upselling, local marketing, and in-house promotions
  • Maintain strong team engagement and operational excellence

Who You Are

Must-Have:

  • At least 2 years' experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar in a branded hotel or high-volume venue
  • Skilled in food and beverage service, bar operations, and hospitality tech (e.g., MICROS, Opera)
  • Proven experience leading teams in fast-paced, guest-facing environments
  • Strong financial acumen: P&L, labour management, cost controls
  • A hands-on, proactive leadership style with excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • Previous experience in a global hotel brand (Radisson, Hilton, Marriott, Accor, etc.)
  • Level 2 or 3 Food Hygiene certification
  • Familiarity with guest satisfaction platforms like Medallia or Revinate
