The International Education Group offers a fully funded opportunity to help adults step confidently into Teaching Assistant positions across Kent and Medway, providing the practical skills and knowledge schools are looking for.
You will receive targeted training that prepares you for real classroom environments, including the role and responsibilities of the TA, safeguarding, SEND needs and support strategies, along with mental health awareness and the communication skills needed to help children thrive.
What You Will Gain:- Practical preparation for primary, secondary and SEND settings
- A recognised NCFE CACHE unit Level 3 Understand How to Support Learning of Children and Young People with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities
- Training in the role of the TA, safeguarding, positive behaviour, inclusive practice, support/strategies for children with SEND, emotional, behavioural and social development needs, along with mental health awareness
