The impact you will make:
- Do you love bringing people together and creating memorable experiences? We’re looking for a Part-Time, Seasonal Experience Coordinator to assist our lead coordinator in delivering an exciting and engaging program for international participants in London. In this role, you’ll help manage student engagement, organize cultural events, and ensure participants feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. You’ll handle remote administrative tasks while also hosting fun, in-person events on weekends or weeknights as needed. Your efforts will play a key part in fostering a positive community and gathering feedback to improve the program experience.
Responsibilities:
- Provide Duty of Care: Ensure the well-being of participants, fostering a safe, enjoyable, and supportive experience abroad.
- Plan and Deliver Events: Organise and host cultural, social, and professional events that showcase the best of London and create meaningful connections.
- Gather Feedback: Collect and analyse participant feedback to help us continually improve the program experience.
- Liaise with Partners: Work with local service providers to coordinate activities, logistics, and participant support.
- Support Social Media Content: Capture and share photos or short videos from events, in collaboration with our global marketing team.
- Assist with Customer Support: Help resolve participant questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues where necessary.
- Contribute to Operations: Assist with administrative and project-based tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Provide Emergency Support: Assist the Lead Coordinator in responding to participant emergencies, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.
Qualifications:
- Secured Right to Work in UK with the appropriate authorization to be employed.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills—both written and verbal.
- A fun, positive, and engaging personality that makes others feel at ease.
- Creativity in designing events and experiences that appeal to diverse participants.
