We’re looking for a Part-Time, Seasonal, Experience Coordinator to assist our lead coordinator in delivering an exciting and engaging program for international participants in London. In this role, you’ll help manage student engagement, organize cultural events, and ensure participants feel welcome and supported throughout their stay. You’ll handle remote administrative tasks while also hosting fun, in-person events on weekends or weeknights as needed. Your efforts will play a key part in fostering a positive community and gathering feedback to improve the program experience. - Assist with Customer Support: Help resolve participant questions or concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues where necessary.
- Contribute to Operations: Assist with administrative and project‑based tasks to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Provide Emergency Support: Assist the Lead Coordinator in responding to participant emergencies, ensuring clear communication and swift resolution.
