A new opportunity has become available and we are hiring a Protection Advisor to join our growing team. Due to continued success and high enquiry volumes, we are expanding and looking for motivated, customer-focused advisors to help protect more families across the UK.
Office-based, hybrid, or fully remote working available.
As a Protection Advisor, you will work exclusively with warm, high-quality leads generated through online enquiries and trusted partners - no cold calling. You will conduct in-depth fact-find calls to fully understand each client's needs, build trust, and act as their personal advisor throughout the protection process. Alongside client calls, you will manage your pipeline, follow up underwriting decisions with providers, and contribute ideas to help drive performance and continuously improve the customer experience.
This is a varied and rewarding sales role where you will arrange life insurance, critical illness cover, income protection, and more, while working towards achievable and highly rewarding sales targets in a supportive environment.

Working Hours & Flexibility
To deliver the best possible service at times that suit our clients, our operating hours are:
- Monday-Thursday: 9am-8pm
- Friday: 9am-3pm
Shift pattern:
- One late shift per week (11am-8pm)
- Three standard shifts (9am-6pm)
- Early finish every Friday (9am-3pm)
No weekend working is required. Optional Saturday overtime is available at a premium rate.
