Contract: Permanent
Hours: Full-time, 35 hours per week
Salary: £41,543 starting salary p/a, plus excellent benefits package
Location: London, Farringdon, minimum of 4 days on site with occasional out of hours work required.
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional IT services and ensuring business-critical applications perform at their best? We are seeking an experienced Applications Support and Service Delivery Manager to lead our application support and service governance functions.
The Role
As the Institutions Applications Support & Service Delivery Manager, you will oversee application support, service governance, supplier performance, and service transition, ensuring that business-critical applications and supporting services are reliable, secure, and of high quality across the organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for a service-focused leader who thrives on improving user experience, driving operational excellence, and building strong stakeholder relationships in a collaborative and purpose-driven environment.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Experience managing application support functions, including incident and problem management.
- Proven experience managing service delivery, application support, or IT service management teams.
- Experience managing suppliers, MSPs, SaaS vendors, including performance management and contract compliance.
- Experience improving service delivery processes, user experience, and service quality.
- Experience in supporting service transitions would be advantageous.
