We have a global membership who have designed many of the world's iconic structures, as well as many of the buildings and bridges we take almost for granted in our daily lives.
Creating safer structures for the benefit of the public is at the heart of our remit, and this includes environmental sustainability with structural engineers and the Institution at the heart of the impact construction has on natural resources and climate change. We are passionate about inclusion and work hard to help those with talent, irrespective of background, to find and develop a route into the profession. Many of our members work to support the world's most vulnerable communities, especially those living in places prone to natural hazards such as earthquakes and extreme flooding.

The Role
We here at the Institution of Structural Engineers are searching for a Records and Subscriptions Executive to play a key part in maintaining the accuracy, quality and reliability of the data that underpins our global professional community. In this varied and rewarding role, you'll support members directly, maintaining the accuracy of our CRM data and processing subscription payments, ensuring a high level of membership services. If you're organised, detail-driven, have strong customer service skills and are passionate about delivering excellent service, we'd love to hear from you.
To be shortlisted for this post, you must have:
- Strong customer service and support experience, supporting a wide range of stakeholders
- A solid understanding of CRM systems and strong experience using a CRM
- Experience with payment processing and reductions
- Experience in a similar membership body would be advantageous.
