We are now looking for a Commercial Marketing Manager to join us on a full-time, permanent basis. The Role As our Commercial Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the delivery of impactful marketing and communication strategies across our Learning & Development and Venue Hire business areas. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will align marketing efforts with business goals, leading your own team of marketing executives to drive revenue growth through insight-led, multichannel campaigns that resonate with key audiences. With a keen eye on performance, you will analyse campaign outcomes, extracting valuable customer insights and demonstrating return on investment across both online and offline channels. Additionally, you will: – Generate leads through marketing activity – Continuously improve marketing approaches – Line-manage marketing executives through 121s, appraisals, and development plans – Monitor opportunity generation and conversion using CRM and booking systems – Manage and monitor marketing budgets – Oversee the production and distribution of promotional materials Person Specification – A minimum of three years of experience in a commercial-led marketing role, ideally within training, events, or venue hire – Strong leadership skills with experience in line-managing and developing a team – Experience in managing marketing budgets – Proven ability to deliver multiple campaigns and translate marketing strategy into action plans – Excellent written and verbal communication skills – Knowledge of digital marketing tools and channels – Innovative thinking with a focus on enhancing customer experience – Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related IT systems Salary and Benefits – Salary of circa £53,000 per annum, depending on experience – Incentive scheme – Hybrid working (minimum requirement of 2 days per week in the office) – Work/life balance, including a minimum of 26 days of holiday per annum plus Bank Holidays – Training and career development – Health & Wellbeing – Benefits, including stakeholder pension scheme, life assurance, and private health cover – Other benefits as detailed in our generous and competitive benefits package This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially focused marketing professional with an excellent management style to join our established institution.
