We are looking for two Administrative Assistants to join us on a full-time, permanent basis working in our Membership Applications and Membership Professional Development teams. It represents a brilliant opportunity for detail-oriented administrators with excellent communication skills to join our respected and people-focused organisation. The Role As an Administrative Assistant, you will support our Membership, Applications and Professional Development (MAPD) teams. Responding to enquiries from members and potential members via phone and email, you will provide clear advice, process a range of application forms and fees, and maintain up-to-date and accurate records on our membership database. Working closely with our volunteers to support their reviews of applications, you will co-ordinate logistics for membership interviews and support the administration of development schemes.
