The predicted salary is between 25000 - 32000 £ per year.

You will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support across a range of Private Client matters, including:

  • Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Probate.
  • Client onboarding, file management and compliance (including AML).
  • Diary management and appointment scheduling.
  • Preparing correspondence, legal documents and bills.
  • Liaising with clients, beneficiaries and third parties.
  • Maintaining accurate records using our case management system.

This is an opportunity for someone who sees Personal Legal Administration or Legal Secretarial work as their long-term career.

We are looking for a committed, professional individual who wants to become an integral part of the team, providing consistent support as the department continues to grow.

This role is not suited to someone looking for a short-term stepping stone into another position.

You will have

  • Previous experience as a Personal Legal Administrator, Legal Secretary or Legal Assistant, ideally within a Private Client department.
  • Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and client care skills.
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems (LEAP experience is desirable).
  • A proactive, reliable and professional approach to your work.
  • A genuine desire to build a long-term career in Personal Legal Administration or as a Legal Secretary, becoming a valued and trusted member of the team.
