Are you seeking a new role for 2026? Our client is an established Legal 500 with a superb reputation and multiple offices, and due to increased work they are looking for further support to the departments and fee earners. The roles will suit experienced legal secretaries or assistants, looking to work in a modern office environment, and provide support across either Private Client OR Residential Departments.
The main duties will include:
- Managing all correspondence
- Drafting client letters
- Dictation and a good typing speed
- First point of contact for all client calls
- Collaborative team attitude
- Diary management
- Booking meetings and rooms
- Support across invoices and billings
- Some AML & compliance
- Filing, photocopying and scanning
