We're seeking an experienced Care Secretary to join a friendly, inclusive legal team in Leeds that genuinely values work-life balance and client care. Responsibilities

  • Preparing documents including court bundles, emails and correspondence
  • Drafting and submitting legal aid applications
  • Opening and managing case files on the case management system
  • Handling telephone and email enquiries with professionalism and warmth
  • Liaising with clients and professionals to arrange appointments and meetings
  • Managing incoming post and digital dictation (BigHand)
  • Keeping case management records up to date and ensuring accurate time recording for billing
  • Providing cover and support for colleagues when needed

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise workloads effectively
