We are seeking an experienced residential conveyancing secretary to join our conveyancing team which deals with both transactional conveyancing and lease extension work. The successful candidate will provide secretarial and administrative support to two fee earners, ensuring residential property transactions and lease extensions are handled efficiently and professionally from instruction through to completion.
- Providing secretarial support to residential conveyancing fee earners
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other solicitors
- Audio typing
- Client onboarding and administrative aspects
- Preparing fee quotations
- Using a case management system (Clio)
Ideally 3 years' experience in residential conveyancing secretarial work but we would consider high quality candidates with less experience. Strong understanding of the conveyancing process. Excellent typing, organisational, and communication skills. Proficiency with case management systems and Microsoft Office.
