Legal Secretary required for International Law firm within the Commercial Real Estate team. This is a unique opportunity to work for a commercial law firm with a great culture and flexible working. This role offers the unique opportunity as it could be based in either their London or St Albans offices. This role will be supporting a team of professional fee earning lawyers within the commercial property department.
Key duties include:
- Copy and Audio typing
- Proof reading and document formatting
- Digital dictation
- Land registry applications
- Submitting official searches
- Invoicing
- Drafting letters to clients
- Preparing Sales packs
- Lease and deed summaries
- Diary and calendar management
