Key Responsibilities
- Providing high-quality administrative support to the medical negligence solicitors and legal team.
- Managing client correspondence, ensuring that all queries are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Organising and maintaining legal documents, ensuring all records are accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Drafting legal documents, including letters, reports, and claims, under the direction of solicitors.
- Liaising with clients, healthcare providers, and other relevant parties.
- Assisting with case management, including preparing documents for hearings and meetings.
- Handling sensitive and confidential information with the utmost professionalism and care.
Skills & Qualifications
- It is essential that you have previous experience working in a legal assistant or secretary role, within medical negligence, personal injury or general litigation.
