Kick start your legal career with a world-class law firm. We're seeking a proactive and organised Junior Legal Secretary to provide quality support, with multiple opportunities available across different practice areas. We're looking for candidates with administrative experience from a professional services background. You must be highly organised and have strong academics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel arrangements and logistics
  • Schedule meetings, organise travel
  • Manage inboxes and diaries efficiently
  • Support the marketing team by preparing marketing packs, badges, and assisting with seminar coordination
  • Provide general administrative support to fee earners, partners and senior PAs
  • Assist with new client/matter setup using Intapp

Skills & Experience

  • Experience within the legal industry or professional services
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Strong GCSEs including Maths & English
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
