An established law firm is looking for a friendly, professional Personal Assistant to work within their Private Clients team in Central London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with Partners and Associates to deliver exceptional support, helping to deliver exceptional service to clients who trust the firm with their most important affairs.
As a Personal Assistant in the Private Client department, your role would be to support two partners and three associates.
What We’re Looking For:
- The role requires an individual to handle the clients with care, discretion and sensitivity
- Previous experience working in Private Client, Wills & Probate, Trusts & Estate Planning, Tax or Charity & Nonprofit Law
- Brilliant communication, attention to detail, time management and organisational skills
- Strong academics (specifically English and Maths)
- Excellent IT skills
- A positive and helpful personality with a can-do attitude - where for clients, no job is too big
- A warm and approachable manner with the ability to build trusted relationships
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Team collaboration and confidentiality
- Strategic diary and inbox management
- Client relationship management and acting as an alternative point of contact
- Business development support (pitches, events, research)
- File opening and compliance (KYC/AML checks)
- Meeting preparation, travel coordination, billing, document management
- Drafting reports, financial statements, and invoices
- Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Supporting all aspects of conveyancing transactions
