About the Role
As a Legal Secretary in the Wills, Trusts & Probate team, you will play a vital role in supporting fee earners and providing compassionate, high-quality service to clients during key moments in their lives. Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence
- Liaising with clients by phone, email, and in person
- Supporting solicitors and paralegals in case progression and client care
- Managing files, scheduling appointments, and ensuring smooth office operations
- Upholding high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and client service
