Position Overview
The successful Team Legal Secretary – Litigation will provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to fee earners, ensuring the smooth running of the department. Key Responsibilities
- Providing typing, secretarial, and administrative support to the litigation team.
- Preparing legal documents and correspondence through audio typing and word processing.
- Managing case management systems and electronic filing.
- Handling client communications and acting as a first point of contact.
- Managing diaries, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Supporting file management, including file opening, closure, and archiving.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post, including scanned mail systems.
- Assisting with billing, time recording, and compliance reporting.
- Supporting court processes including CE filing and document preparation.

Requirements
