The University of Liverpool is looking to appoint a Lectureship in Politics and Public Administration on a three-year fixed-term contract. The post will be shared between the Institute of Irish Studies and the Department of Politics.

The successful candidate will help teach and develop the new MA in Public Administration and Policy, teach students at undergraduate and postgraduate level, and carry out high-quality research. The role also involves helping to promote the MA internationally, supporting PhD students, working with colleagues across Politics, Irish Studies and the Heseltine Institute, and organising public events that share research with wider audiences.

We welcome applications from candidates with expertise in public policy, especially those with an interest in Ireland (north or south), comparative public policy, post-Brexit EU relations, inequality, or nationalism.
