The Institute Of Historic Building Conservation (IHBC) is looking for a Heritage Officer based in County Hall Usk NP15 1GA on a hybrid basis. This full-time permanent role (37 hours per week) involves processing applications related to listed buildings and conservation areas, advising on planning in historically significant locations, and managing the Buildings at Risk Register.

Candidates should possess a degree in a relevant field and relevant experience within a Local Planning Authority. Full membership of the IHBC is desirable.
