The Heritage and Townscape team at Iceni Projects is expanding and seeks a motivated Heritage Graduate / Consultant to contribute to a diverse portfolio of heritage and townscape projects. The role involves research, assessment, and support across historic buildings and places, with opportunities to grow into Townscape and Archaeology work.

Our Heritage and Townscape work ranges from large military sites to listed‑building conversions and new student accommodation in conservation areas, serving developers, local authorities, and charities across the UK.

What We Are Looking For: We aim to recruit candidates early in their careers or within their first few years, whether they hold architecture, urban design, history, or architectural history qualifications, or come from private or public sector backgrounds.

  • Leverage experience in built heritage through education or relevant work experience.
  • Collaborate effectively with the Heritage and Townscape Team, providing cover and support as required.
  • Manage a range of tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Engage in continuous professional development and share knowledge across the business, including Archaeology and Planning.
  • Maintain strong computing and IT skills and adapt to new technological advances.
  • Use GIS, CAD, and VU City software where applicable.
  • Contribute to commercial aspects such as project timelines, budgeting and commercial understanding.
  • Hold full right to work in the UK for 4 years or more.
