Cheltenham Borough Council is seeking a Conservation Officer to manage a varied caseload of listed building consent applications and provide specialist heritage advice to colleagues, applicants and stakeholders. You will validate applications, conduct site inspections, negotiate with developers and present reports to the Planning Committee.
You will represent the council at appeals, advise the public on conservation matters, and contribute to conservation projects and policy documents.
