Described by The Guardian as “the return to big thinking” and by Total Politics as “Europe’s answer to TED,” the Institute of Art and Ideas (IAI) is home to IAI.tv, a leading global educational platform delivering high‑quality video lectures, debates, and courses from the world’s foremost thinkers, scientists, artists, and policymakers. With an audience of hundreds of millions worldwide, the IAI is redefining how bold ideas are shared and taught across borders. Alongside its digital platform, the IAI also curates HowTheLightGetsIn, the world’s largest philosophy and music festival, bringing its mission of accessible thought and dialogue to live audiences year‑round.

Access to IAI.tv is provided via subscription to individual learners as well as to universities, schools, and organisations worldwide. As demand for our platform continues to expand internationally, we are seeking a commercially minded, ambitious individual to join our team. This is a multifaceted role that bridges the gap between commercial growth and brand strategy. You will be responsible for driving revenue through partnerships with educational institutions and universities, and will have the opportunity to contribute to defining the identity and direction of the brand. You will also manage and nurture existing partnerships, ensuring ongoing engagement and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will combine sales drive with intellectual curiosity, capable of understanding the needs of different organisations and communicating the value of our content persuasively and credibly. You will be confident, articulate, and comfortable engaging senior decision‑makers. A strong academic record (minimum 2.1 or equivalent) is essential, and experience in sales, business development, fundraising, or the publishing sectors would be an advantage. Most importantly, you will bring entrepreneurial energy, resilience, and the determination to convert opportunity into tangible results.

As part of TVF Media’s family of creative companies, we are committed to supporting your professional growth and wellbeing. Joining our team means access to a comprehensive range of benefits, including a contributory pension scheme, private healthcare cashback plan, hybrid working, Cycle to Work scheme, social events and biannual parties, gym and HowTheLightGetsIn festival ticket discounts, and more.
