Described by the Guardian as \’the return to big thinking\’ and by Total Politics as \’Europe\’s answer to TED\’, the IAI puts on events throughout the year, including HowTheLightGetsIn, now the world\’s largest music and philosophy festival, and provides – a fast growing educational platform bringing big ideas to a global audience via cutting edge debates and talks involving the world\’s leading thinkers, politicians, scientists and artists.
Access to is currently provided via subscription direct to consumers as well as universities and schools across the globe. We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team identifying and securing new partnerships with universities and other educational institutions. In addition to developing new partnerships, you will also be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our existing subscription partners, ensuring continued engagement and long-term collaboration.
The successful candidate will be sales-savvy, and have the charisma, charm and force of personality to enthuse senior figures in a wide range of organisations. All candidates will need to show their ability to convert leads, along with a strong academic background with a minimum 2.1 from a top university. Experience in sales, fundraising and the educational and/or publishing sector would be an advantage. Applicants for this post will need to demonstrate the drive and determination to help convert the huge potential of this new educational platform into a global phenomenon.
