Sixteenth, part of Whalar Group, invites applications for Junior Talent Manager to support the growth of emerging Creator talent and help shape the new Creator Incubator Programme. You’ll work with the Talent Director to launch an incubator-style pathway for high-potential creators not yet ready for full management.
Based in London with a hybrid model (2–3 days in the office, anchor days Tuesday/Thursday), you’ll identify and develop creators, build relationships and help secure opportunities.
